The Brand

Who are Milou and Anouch?

Behind the loom, the pliers, the rings, the glue, the beads, there's... me... Anouchka, or Anouch for short! I love finding colors, materials, and designs that will charm you.

I've always found that jewelry, even the most discreet, adds a finishing touch to an outfit or a face. You've probably also guessed it from these first photos... I adore colors! I find they add a spark to everyday life.

The brand's story

Milou is my friend Emilie. A few years ago, she passed on her passion to me and taught me bead weaving. In June 2016, when I left my salaried job as an executive assistant and decided to start my own business, it was obvious to me to mention her in my brand name because without Milou, Milou et Anouch might not exist today!

100% handcrafted jewelry

Entirely handmade in my workshop in Sèvres (92), Milou et Anouch jewelry consists of small series of original pieces.

Some of the jewelry is made by the ESAT Jean Moulin (Paris 14), a center for young deaf and mute workers, with whom I have collaborated for several years.

Here, you'll find trendy jewelry, sometimes chic and sometimes bohemian, sometimes colorful, but always created for you by hand with heart and a great desire to please you!

Quality and high-fashion materials

Each piece of jewelry is made with Miyuki beads or high-fashion materials. The weaving is done on a loom or with a needle. The use of Japanese Miyuki glass beads allows for the creation of flexible designs with luminous colors and unparalleled precision patterns.

Whenever possible, I work with French and European suppliers.

Miyuki Japanese glass beads

Miyuki beads are the most popular beads on the market. They are all calibrated and of superior quality. Miyuki beads are an essential reference for weaving professionals. The manufacture of Miyuki glass beads has been carried out in Japan since 1949.

High-fashion finishes for my woven bracelets

All our mountings are treated on a 24k 0.5 micron gold-plated brass or stainless steel base, 925 silver-plated for a high-end finish and durability. The materials used come from Parisian suppliers who offer exceptional products.
