Repair Service
Because we know how much sentimental value your jewelry can hold, we offer a repair service carried out in our workshop.
🛠️ What do we repair?
We primarily repair jewelry from our brand, but depending on the case, we can also work on jewelry from other designers or brands.
Each request is evaluated individually, based on the materials, techniques used, and the overall condition of the jewelry.
Here are some examples of possible interventions:
- Replacement of a clasp or hook
- Restringing or re-threading of beads
- Reassembly of a broken piece of jewelry
- Replacement of a missing element
❗️Some repairs, particularly on jewelry that is too damaged or whose materials are incompatible with our techniques, may not be feasible. A quote will be provided beforehand.

Earrings
- Replacement of a clasp or hook €5/pair
- Reassembly of a broken piece of jewelry €5/earring, depending on the type of repair, quote required
- All other modifications are quoted at €15/hour + cost of materials used
Bracelets
- Replacement of a clasp, adjustment of rings or extension chain €5
- Restringing on wire and reassembly of attachment system €7
- Restringing on elastic thread €2
- All other modifications are quoted at €15/hour + cost of materials used
Rings
- Restringing on wire €4
- Restringing on elastic thread €2
- All other modifications are quoted at €15/hour + cost of materials used
Necklaces
- Replacement of a clasp, adjustment of rings or extension chain €5
- Restringing on wire and reassembly of attachment system €10 or quote if long necklace
- All other modifications are quoted at €15/hour + cost of materials used
💌 How to make a request?
Send us an email at contact@milouetanouch.com with:
- One or more photos of the jewelry concerned
- A description of the problem
- The origin of the jewelry (Milou et Anouch or other)
We will respond within 3 working days with a personalized quote.
If you accept the quote, you can send us the jewelry by secure mail.
After repair, we will send them back to you carefully packaged.
⏳ Lead times
The average lead time is 10 to 15 working days from the receipt of the jewelry.
In case of urgency or specific request, please do not hesitate to inform us.
